We're changing that by offering you lower cost options
We Offer you Two Options
OPTION 1:
- Our rates include 1.5% as the listing fee plus 2.5% as the co-op fee paid to any Broker that brings us the buyer. That totals 4% for full representation to list and sell your property.
- If the buyer is obtained through Quest Realty Services, then you would pay an even lower total rate of just 3.5%.
- We'll also permit you to look for your own buyer. If you do find the buyer we'll handle the entire transaction for a total of only 2.5%
- At all times your property will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and be syndicated through Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and many other Real Estate related websites.
- At your option we can place a for sale sign on your property and provide an electronic lockbox.

OPTION 2:
We also offer this Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Listing option for $495.00:
- We list your home in the MLS and you would pay a buyer agent commission (2.5% to 3% your choice) when any agent, including a Quest Realty Services agent, brings you a buyer that culminates in a successful sale and closing transaction.
- If you find your own buyer you don't pay any commissions! All it would cost you would be $495.00. After you've found a buyer, you'll have to deal draw up the contract, and deal with appraisals, inspections, Title search inquiries, buyer's mortgage broker, HOA and anything else that may surprisingly come up... If you'd like we can handle the transaction details for a fee of only 1%.
- Your property will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and syndicated through Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow and many other Real Estate related websites
- At your option we can place a for sale sign on your property.
